How will I receive my digital products?
After checking out, you will see a button on the order confirmation page to download your files immediately.
You'll also receive a separate email with a link to download your files.
The downloads will come as a Zip file containing all of the individual file formats purchased. Save this file to a folder where you can locate it later.
If you're having trouble locating your Zip file after downloading it, try looking in a Downloads or Desktop folder.
Note: We recommend downloading files on a desktop/laptop rather than a mobile device.
What happens if I don't receive an email with a download link?
Sometimes emails can be labeled as Spam or blocked by certain providers. If you did not receive the email, please try the following:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder. In Gmail, check the Promotions tab.
- Once you locate the email, add us to your safe senders list or contact list.
If you're still having trouble finding the download link, please contact us.
How do I open my zip files?
Mac or PC: Double-click or right-click the Zip folder to open/extract the files and access them.
Mobile device or tablet: You may need an app to "unzip" the files. Two apps that work well for iOS devices are Unzip or iZip.
Note: To view an SVG file, you must open software like Cricut Design Space, Adobe Illustrator, xTool Creative Space, or Silhouette Studio and upload the file there.
How do I upload designs to Cricut Design Space?

How do I upload designs to Silhouette Studio?
Open your Silhouette Studio software first. Then, open your DXF or SVG file, depending on your software edition (Basic, Designer, or Business). You can find more information about file formats compatible with each software edition here.
How do I report an issue with my files?
If you find an error in one of the designs or have difficulty troubleshooting an issue, please use our Contact Form and include your order number with a description of the problem.

Can I sell products using these digital files?
All files sold on this site are for personal use only, unless otherwise indicated.
If you are interested in selling up to 500 finished products (e.g., t-shirts, caps, mugs), you can purchase this limited commercial license for each design.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. You can read more about our policy here.
